- Supporting local efforts, our cottages feature local vetivier grass mats purchased through the “Grow in Time” project. Our dining gazebos are also thatched by our staff using the locally grown vetivier grass.
- We use only local fruits, vegetables and seafood sourced from small local farmers and fishermen.
- Reuseable, locally made cloth coasters are used at the bar.
